Responsibilities:
- As a key member of Resourcing team to provide hiring support to the company’s
recruiting plan.
- Lead and drive the whole recruiting process for the supported function including but not
limited on resumes screening, candidates interview, offer proposal etc
- Work with Function Head, LM and HRRM closely to plan hiring strategy, set up effective
hiring strategy and communication channel as well as execute it.
- Closely monitor the hiring progress and able to complete the hiring target.
- In charge of the training program for employees and establish a reasonable training
system
- Responsible for the establishment of performance evaluation and carry it into practice.
- Ability to deal with the relationship between the company and employees and between
employees effectively.
- Salary structure designing and annual budget making.
- Responsible for the research on the salary development of the whole IT and
online-game industry.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years relevant working experience, HR or people management experience in a
sizable organization.
- Good planning skill and multi-task working ability; thorough understanding of
recruitment processes
- Strong facilitation, consulting and communication skills
- Experience of project implementation
- Good English ability both spoken and written
- Positive, self-motivator and be able to work under pressure.
- Bachelor degree or above

1.Training and Development
-Responsible for implementing employee training certification courses in order to continuously improve employee skills and the promotion of employees into the corporate culture;
-Collection and feedback of staff training needs and follow-up training for the implementation of results.
2.Staff Allocation
Based on business operating requirements, staffing for the front-line departments to provide advice, and responsible for co-ordinating office to recruit its staff in order to effectively ensure that the

3.Staff Relationship
-Through various forms of assistance to first-line supervisors to achieve two-way communication between the company and the employees in order to effectively communicate company policies and information, and also feedback staffs'problems and suggesstions in time.

4.HR daily cordinating work
-Co-ordinating, feedbacking branch routine human resources information, including organizational restructuring, personnel changes, etc.;

Requirements:
College degree or above
2 or more years of human resources-related work experience, training experience is preferred
Mandarin fluently, good presentation skills and communication and coordination capabilities
Able to adapt the work of provincial travel
