I am interested to make some contacts for people who need a piano player. A few things to note:
1. I like to have sheet music to study from; 2. I'm also interested in solo piano at some hotels. No more than 1-2 nights per week at each location. 3. Every time that Chinese people see a black (American) person behind a piano, they imagine that he is a jazz pianist. I can play that role (since that is what people will believe anyway). Otherwise, it would be nice to just have some contacts in the music business. I can chat with them and learn things about gigging from them. |
